A day before God

More than a party

Our wedding is a covenant we are making before God, our families and our friends. We believe He brought us together, and we want Him at the center of our marriage and our home.

That is why this day matters so much to us. We are not only celebrating; we are making a promise for life. We would be grateful for your prayers as we begin this new chapter, and we are honored that you will witness it with us.

Adults only

A night for grown-ups

We love your little ones, but we have chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We kindly ask that children stay home for the day.

We hope it gives every guest, parents especially, the chance to rest, relax and fully enjoy the ceremony and the evening without worrying about little ones. It also helps us keep the ceremony quiet and reverent and stay within our guest count.

Thank you for understanding, and for making arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

Food at the venue

Please leave the fast food at home

May's Garden is a place that champions fresh, healthy food, and we want to honor that as their guests. We kindly ask that you don't bring fast food or other outside food to the venue.

There will be plenty to eat. We've planned a meal for everyone, so come hungry and enjoy what the garden serves.

Bring your best

Here to witness God's grace

We are gathering to witness God's grace in bringing two lives together. We ask that you bring your best self: kind words, good manners, and a heart ready to celebrate.

Please keep the ceremony quiet and attentive, be gracious to the staff and to one another, and enjoy the evening in a way that honors the day. Thank you for helping make it a celebration we will all remember well.
